When the Road is Dark:
A faith-based group on depression and anxiety
When: Mid-April | Limited Spots Available
When the Road Is Dark is a faith-affirming group for those navigating depression and anxiety. Grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), this group is ideal for those with mild to moderate symptoms who are ready to engage in personal growth and community support. While not a religious group, we use faith-sensitive materials—including a book by a Christian pastor sharing his personal journey through depression—to help participants explore mental wellness with compassion, understanding, and spiritual relevance.
If you’ve felt isolated or misunderstood in your journey, you don’t have to walk alone. Reach out today to learn more or join the waitlist for the next group.
Format: 90-minute session, once a week for 12 weeks
